SilverCat Expands Distribution to UK with New South Coast Dealer Partnership
SilverCat has strengthened its presence in the UK market through a new partnership with Williams Marine Water Sports, which has been appointed as the brand’s official dealer for England’s south coast. The agreement introduces SilverCat’s range of power catamarans to one of the country’s most active boating regions and represents another step in the brand’s ongoing European expansion strategy. Operating from Swanwick Marina in Southampton, Williams Marine Water Sports has built a strong reputation over more than two decades in the marine sector, specializing in premium boat sales and customer support throughout the region.
According to SilverCat, the partnership will improve access to its growing lineup of multihull vessels for UK customers while strengthening dealer coverage in a key coastal market. A representative from SilverCat highlighted the importance of establishing a presence on the south coast with an experienced local partner. “The south coast of England is a significant boating market, and Williams Marine Water Sports offers the local expertise and customer focus that align well with the SilverCat brand.” The representative continued saying: “Models such as the 35CX and 40LUX, available with semi-enclosed or fully enclosed cabins, are particularly well suited to the region, providing comfort and protection in a variety of weather conditions throughout the year.”
An official from Williams Marine Water Sports believes the SilverCat range offers several advantages for UK boaters. “SilverCat combines excellent offshore capability with outstanding stability and generous deck space,” the official said. “The design also provides easy access to the water, making the boats highly practical for leisure activities. In addition, the narrower beam compared to many traditional catamarans allows the boats to fit comfortably into standard marina berths, which can offer both cost and operational benefits for owners.”
SilverCat noted that demand for versatile multihull platforms continues to grow, particularly among buyers seeking year-round usability, efficient marina accommodation, and enhanced onboard comfort. The new dealership appointment is expected to support that demand while increasing the brand’s visibility across the UK market.
